Are you the founder of a new business or part of one that is more established and now decided to scale?
When you are a smaller organisation any changes you make are "huge" in comparison. That first employee is doubling the size of your organisation. Equally if you are part on a larger organisation making changes, even if they are small, will possibly, effect everybody and can have "unintended consequences".
AFLIER LTD works with it's clients to ensure that; they know what they are currently doing, where the pain and opportunities are and foster a step by step change to what is needed.
Design > Build > Test > Use > Learn > Rinse & Repeat
Our ultimate goal is that your software only really costs you for the first few payments, because after that, it is generating real value for your business through increased productivity or increased business opportunities, that will more than cover the remaining development.
So we break your development down into the smallest chucks we can and start providing solutions while learning along the way:
Systems and Processes... then AI
Don't get me wrong... AI is amazing an powerful. But like all things Amazing and powerful a questions needs to be added! If it should be used and where.
As with all new technologies or services that you may incorporate in your organisation. The better your systems and processes are (or at least you know what you want them to be) the better applying any new technology will be.
It's not the worst thing in the world to hire a Sidekick, but applying AI, or any significant software solution or hiring a Hero could be an expensive mistake.
Here at AFLIER LTD we can work with you to get your Systems and Processes correct first!
Whether we are using AI or not we should not diminish the benefits of "learning as we go". All that "learning" will input into everything we do as we scale.
"Oh, slowly, slowly! It's too nice a job to rush"
Columbia in The Rocky Horror Picture Show
It seems really strange but AFLIER LTD say we should work as slowly as you can bare.
Buy why? Well, changing steadily and consistently allows individuals to learn, adjust and feed back.
Sometimes, a change in systems, processes or tools being used can have unintended consequences. It's really difficult to make a large step back however, adjustments in direction are easily planned and with less disruptions.
For larger organisations we can work on more than one department or team at a time. As teams are seldom islands these improvement often compound.
Obviously sometimes we have no choice. If your hardware stops working, or a client needs a delivery deadlines become priority... "learning" can take a temporary step back.
