What is a (F)SHBO?
You are you are a SHBO and if you are not a BO then I am sure you are a H to those that rely on you! A Super Hero Business Owner (SHBO).
It is out belief that most businesses (and organisations) are started by someone who does something well or cares very much for.
But as often is the case that people love the service or products produced. This can be a disaster as the SHBO then finds they are doing administration, marketing, support, bookkeeping and a long list of things that need to be done for a business.
These activities take them away from what the started the business to do. Then as is often the case they hire someone to help... damn... now they are managing them also. Along with this bits of paper pile up on the takes, important scribbles on them, notebooks that if lost would be a disaster along with a cloud service full of its version of notes etc.
This is not how they saw their future! The SHBO is now a Frustrated SHBO!

I'm not a Start up or Small Business!
While much or what AFLIER LTD does is based on experience with founders of smaller businesses if still applies to bigger organisations. While you may not be a FSHBO your probably have "Frustrated Heroz" or "Frustrated Sidekicks".
Individuals to whole departments that are not giving you the return they could. And in turn they are not having a great time either.
By finding an focusing on those that are Frustrated (either because their job is harder than it should be or they see ignored opportunities) they are often forgotten or ignored. In worst cases we hear "why are you so negative" or "I want solution not problems" while the organisation is making less growth than it's potential.

And why should you! Running a business is not something you are a hero at! So be careful before making any large investments or changes. Some opportunities are complicated, so need complicated solutions. However, there are ways we can tackle them. Just like how you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.

What is a "Sidekick"?
A Sidekick is someone you hire and you tell them what to do! "Get the lawn mover" or "Can you write an email to <someone> saying <something>".
Often overlooked as useful they allow you to get more done.
Pros: They just do what is asked... literally.
Cons: If you are not keeping them occupied they go into sleep mode.
One thing we have recently gone is started a new radios show (DAB or stream from the website).
