Where data is collected by AFLIER LTD it becomes the Data Controller.

AFLIER LTD is a Data Processor for its customers, this is where AFLIER LTD processes personal data following the strict guidelines set out by our customers. In these cases, the Customer remains the Data Controller. Some AFLIER LTD customers may require us to process more sensitive information including financial or medical details - these is known as Sensitive Personal Data.

We currently collect your data for the following purposes. We are required by European law (known as GDPR General Data Protection Regulation) to identify the legal basis for collecting your data. This is your right to request that AFLEIR LTD restricts the use of your personal data. This is not an absolute right and only applies in certain circumstances. If you exercise your right to restrict processing is restricted, AFLEIR LTD is still permitted to store the personal data, but not use it. You can make a request for restriction verbally or in writing and AFLEIR LTD has 1 month to respond.
