AFLIER LTD holds details of its direct customers details which includes name, address, email, telephone number, etc, this is known as your Personal Data

Where data is collected by AFLIER LTD it becomes the Data Controller.

AFLIER LTD is a Data Processor for its customers, this is where AFLIER LTD processes personal data following the strict guidelines set out by our customers. In these cases, the Customer remains the Data Controller. Some AFLIER LTD customers may require us to process more sensitive information including financial or medical details - these is known as Sensitive Personal Data.

Why we collect your data

We currently collect your data for the following purposes. We are required by European law (known as GDPR General Data Protection Regulation) to identify the legal basis for collecting your data. Unless you ask us to do so, we will never keep your data for longer than is necessary for us to complete the activity for which your data was collected in the first place. This is your right to have inaccurate personal data we hold corrected, or completed if it is incomplete

4. The right to erasure

This is your right to have your personal data erased, this is also known as ‘the right to be forgotten’. request for erasure can be verbally or in writing, and AFLIER LTD has 1 month to respond to a request. The right is not absolute and only applies in certain circumstances.

5. The right to restrict processing

This is your right to request that AFLEIR LTD restricts the use of your personal data. This is not an absolute right and only applies in certain circumstances. If you exercise your right to restrict processing is restricted, AFLEIR LTD is still permitted to store the personal data, but not use it. You can make a request for restriction verbally or in writing and AFLEIR LTD has 1 month to respond.

6. The right to data portability

This is your right to data portability, this allows you to obtain and reuse for your personal data for your own purposes across different services.

You have the right to object to:
