This page gives instruction on how to Sign up and new client along with the location you will be working at.
Once you have logged on as a Manager you will see your dashboard. You can always get back to this screen by clicking your email address at the top right of the screen
Click on the “Add new Client” button to display the “Add new Client” form. Which will take you to the next step in the process, which is to add a Location.
Once you have entered the Name, Email and Password (including confirmation) you can click “Create User” button to take you to the next step in the process.

The manager fills in the Name and Address for the location the new client requires work to be carried out at. Clicking on the “Create Store” button will take us to the Screen allow us to set up The “Scheduled Maintenance” required by the new client.
In this case the client required a visit on the 1st Tuesday of the month for Testing and Maintenance and a second visit on the 3rd Wednesday just for Maintenance.

Once a “Scheduled Maintenance” has been set up it is time to arrange the first visit for each. When the schedule identifies a day of the month the first visit not need to follow the ruling however all following visits will be calculated using the rules set.

Once, in this case both initial visits have been set up the locations screen shows both Schedules along with the first planned visit for each.
